Castle Computers were established in 1995 to supply new and refurbished computer peripherals. We started by selling consumable items but soon found a demand for refurbished tape drives from third part maintenance companies.

In those early days the technology was basic compared to today but the company sold many 8mm Exabyte and DDS DAT Drives. As technology advanced we started being asked for DLT drives LTO Drives. As a company we have needed to keep up with the new technology and now sell SDLT Drives which will hold  600GB on one tape, LTO3 drives offering 800GB on one tape and a wide range of Autoloaders and libraries from HP, Dell, Storagetek, Overland Data, ADIC, Quantum, Tandberg and Sony

Over the years Castle Computers have introduced other product lines to meet the demands of our customers. These now include networking equipment from various manufacturers including 3COM, Cisco and HP. Uninterpretable Power Supplies from APC, Compaq and HP. A range of printers from Kyocera, HP, Brother, Xerox. We also sell servers and hard drives from the major manufacturers such as HP, Dell and IBM.
